Eligibility for Refunds:
We accept refund requests for eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Fresh produce, including but not limited to, broccoli and cauliflower.

Refund Process:

Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team at admin@ncgoods.store within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if your return is approved.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that we receive your return. Please securely package the item to prevent damage during transit.

Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Upon approval, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at admin@ncgoods.store. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos or videos of the damaged or defective item to expedite the process.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund (following the refund process) and place a new order for the desired item.
